Challenges I Faced & How I Overcame Them
- Finding the Right Suppliers – Most suppliers had high MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity). After extensive research, I partnered with reliable vendors in Chennai, Puducherry, and Coimbatore to maintain product quality.
- Packaging Issues – Initially, I considered heat transfer printing, but due to time constraints, I chose pre-printed pouches and PET bottle labels instead.
- Building Customer Trust – To gain credibility, I focused on FSSAI certification, transparent labeling, and organic product testing.
